FEATURE ARTICLE - 4 Ways of Making Money Online

If you are still new to Internet Marketing, let me take you for a short tour around this brand new, exciting world of Internet Marketing - by first showing you some 4 of many ways people do to make money online.
Here goes!
[1] Affiliate Marketing.
This is by far one of the most-used marketing methods online. Basically, you refer prospects to the principal or sales person online in the shoes of an affiliate for a percentage of commissions.
You are not really the sales person here, but merely a referrer or middle man. You refer while the principal does all the selling to the prospect you refer. If the prospect buys as a result of your referral efforts, you can get a percentage of the commission. If it is a digital product, your percentage of commission can range from 40% to 75%!
This is very good, if done right, since you do not need to create your own product or service - thus you save time simply by referring prospects!
[2] Resell Rights.
This is one of the recent Internet Marketing fads that have been going on for the past 3 to 4 years. In a nutshell, you can buy and resell a product and keep 100% of the profits (of course, if the product has Resell Rights).
This is a benefit that affiliate marketers do not have. In addition, you can possibly earn back-end residual income by reselling as many copies of a digital product as possible as long as you have the product’s contents rebranded to your own affiliate link.
[3] Selling your own Information Product.
This is one sure fire way of making money online. You have full control over your product’s terms and conditions and own full ownership over it.
You can choose to convey Resell Rights to your product or leverage your marketing efforts on an army of affiliates.
However, you must have the skills and expertise to create your own Information Product.
If you are talented, knowledgeable and have good writing skills, this is for you.
[4] Start a mailing list.
With your own huge mailing list of subscribers, you can endorse products as a Joint Venture partner for commissions or sell advertising space within your eZine issues.
The more subscribers you have and the more responsive they are, the higher your sales conversion rates each time you endorse a product or service and the higher you can charge advertisers for buying ad space within your eZine.
These are just 4 ways of making money online. While there are certainly more ways to profit online, these four options are the easiest to achieve by most individuals out there.

Most people still don’t realise the benefits of selling digital products on eBay, so I have provided 10 good reasons why selling eBooks on eBay may not be such a bad idea after all.
1. You have no physical stock to hold. As the items you are selling are digitally stored on your computer or web server you never have to worry about having the space available in your home or office to store your goods.
2. Everything can be fully automated. That’s right, if you sell eBooks you don’t have to worry about delivering your stock to your customers, you don’t have to worry about rushing to the post office. It is possible to fully automate the whole delivery process.
3. Your customer gets their purchase instantly. As you can deliver instantly this means your customer gets their purchase right away, this is a very powerful selling tool indeed.
4. No postage costs. As you are selling a digital item your delivery costs are zero.
5. You can create your own products at will. I think we all dream of writing a book, well because of the digital age this has become possible. Anyone can create their own eBook on any topic they wish.
6. You can generate an affiliate income. If you create your own eBooks you can provide links to recommended products and services and generate an easy affiliate income.
7. Other eBay sellers can make you money. Allow your own eBooks to be sold by others and you can create a viral empire, all linking back to your websites, products and services.
8. You can build your mailing list. Simply give away a free eBook or report in exchange for some contact details. This can generate 1000s of potential leads you can follow up on and ‘build your list’.
9. You can be seen as an expert in any field. All it takes is to research your chosen topic on the internet, write about it and create an eBook that can make you money for years. As you are now seen as an expert in your chosen field you can create further products, websites and services and build your own niche empire.
10. You can have a product that is unique. How often do we see 100s of eBay sellers competing with each other selling the same products? Well in the digital age it is possible to create a product that is 100% unique to you. This means you control the price.
There you go, 10 simple reasons why selling eBooks on eBay may not be a bad idea after all.
